Job summary

Gentle Dental Hillsboro and Gentle Dental Cornell on Portland's west side are hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist to support two established practices. You will deliver high-quality preventive care, build lasting relationships with patients, and collaborate with doctors and teams across both locations.

This role offers uncapped earnings at $65+/hour DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, EAP), 401(k) with company match, paid time off, CE credits, and malpractice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License or ability to obtain before start.
• CPR certification required; local anesthesia preferred.

The Role

We're hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist to support our Gentle Dental Hillsboro and Gentle Dental Cornell locations on Portland's west side.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys variety while still having the consistency and support of established teams. You'll provide high-quality preventive care, build lasting relationships with patients, and work alongside collaborative doctors and experienced dental teams across both locations.

You'll have the tools, clinical support, and team culture to consistently achieve outstanding patient outcomes - and to be well-compensated for doing so.
