Dental Hygienist – Gresham Smile Designs

Beautiful, Modern Practice • Premium Pay • Part‑time

Compensation: $55/hr – $60/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Thursday 6:00 am–3:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm (flexible)

Responsibilities

Your impact as a Dental Hygienist:

• Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planning
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
