Job summary

Gilbert Dental Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The role offers two days per week with two schedule options and a future path to full-time for the right candidate.

Expect Monday/Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or Wednesday/Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a welcoming team focused on patient care and professional growth. We provide competitive compensation ($43–$47/hr based on experience), production bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Schedule

Part-Time (2 Days Per Week)

Option 1

• Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Option 2

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Future full-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
