Job summary

Gold Hill Dentistry in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

You will review patient health histories, perform screenings, take X-rays, apply preventive materials, and support the dentist while maintaining the highest infection control and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Depth of knowledge in dentistry, dental health and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR Certification required.
• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines (CCHC/OHSA/ADA).
• HIPAA regulations compliance.
• Must hold NC licenses & certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review oral health history and conduct initial mouth screening.
• Educate patients on proper teeth and gum care and the impact of diet on oral health.
• Take X-rays and develop dental impressions and radiographs.
• Remove plaque, clean teeth, and help prevent gum disease.
• Support the dentist on all aspects of dental care.
• Collect medical and dental histories from patients.
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride.

Responsibilities:

• Review oral Health History and conduct initial mouth screening

Requirements:
