Creative Smiles at Winghaven in Missouri is seeking a friendly Dental Hygienist to join our 2-doctor team. You’ll provide preventive care, take patient histories, and collaborate with dentists to deliver exceptional care using Dentrix and the latest tools.

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours with a full benefits package that includes UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401(k), dental and vision coverage, and wellness benefits. Part-time also eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care for patients.
• 60min recare and 90min new patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records in Dentrix and chart findings.
• Support Arestin, iTero, Velscope and other tools as needed.

Creative Smiles at Winghaven is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 3011 Winghaven Blvd. O'Fallon,Missouri63368

Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5 pm

2-doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
