Job summary

Dental365 in Flemington, NJ is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a modern, patient‑centered practice led by dentists. We offer concierge care, a safe, compliant environment, and a full‑time schedule with Tue/Thu 8:30am–5:30pm and Fri 9:00am–3:00pm (plus some Saturdays).

Competitive pay with quarterly bonuses and a growth‑oriented culture. Responsibilities include chairside care, periodontal screening, taking x‑rays, documenting histories, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Knowledge of comprehensive dentistry and patient screening.
• State-required additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level concierge care with chairside manners.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Document and review detailed patient histories.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images for treatment planning.
• Perform hygiene procedures per dentist's plan.
• Handle emergencies during treatment.
• Provide home-care instructions.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday:8:30am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Every Other Saturday: TBD

Working as a Hygienist With us:

• 1-Hour new patient and recall appointments: We prioritize quality care with dedicated time for each patient.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing a high level of concierge care with exceptional chair side manners, building trust with our patients.
• Enhancing overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Thoroughly documenting and reviewing detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Taking x-rays and intraoral images to aide in treatment planning and note any progress/changes.
• Conducting precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
• Proficiently handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, encompassing dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

Salary Range: $52-$58/HR + Quarterly Bonuses (range may vary based on experience level)
