Electric City Dental Care in Anderson, SC is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join a fast-paced, team-focused practice. We welcome experienced hygienists and new grads eager to learn and grow.

You’ll work Monday-Thursday 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 7:40 AM - 12:00 PM, with mentorship, strong clinical support, and opportunities for continuing education in a supportive Heartland Dental network.

Competenze

• Current SC dental hygienist license and degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.

Electric City Dental Care is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our energetic, goal-oriented team in Anderson, South Carolina. We are open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:40 AM - 12:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New Graduates and seasoned hygienists are both welcome!
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
  
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
