Job summary

Meister Dental Group is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a cheerful, upbeat practice with loyal patients. You’ll support preventive care, perio maintenance, and SRP, using digital radiography and modern tools to educate patients.

Expect a collaborative environment, scheduled hours, and a sign-on bonus with potential production-based bonuses. Base compensation ranges from $45–$50 per hour, with benefits including medical/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

A schedule that leaves room for life
Office/Patient Hours

• Mon: 8:00am–3:30pm
• Tues: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Wed: 7:30am–5:00pm
• Thurs: 7:30am–3:30pm
  Arrival time: typically, 15-** 30 minutes prior** to the first patient so you can set up without stress.

• Preventive care, perio maintenance, SRP as needed
• Digital X-rays, assessments, perio charting, documentation

You’ll be a great fit if you have…

• Current Ohio RDH license
