Job summary

All Smiles Northwest in Everett, WA is hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care and patient education in a fast-paced general dentistry setting. Earn $68.00-$75.00 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a four-day work week (one Friday per month).

New grads are encouraged to apply and will be mentored by supportive doctors and team members. Location: All Smiles Northwest, 3802 Colby Ave, Suite 3, Everett, WA 98201.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Washington State and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Washington State and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Preferred Experience

• New Grads and experienced hygienisted welcome!
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
