Job summary

Creative Smiles at Winghaven is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our 2-doctor practice. We offer full-time and part-time options, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm and bi-weekly pay with daily pay option. We use Dentrix, Velscope, iTero and more, and provide extensive benefits.

The role emphasizes patient education, premium care, and collaboration with a supportive team. Benefits include health, 401k, paid holidays, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri dental hygienist license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients.
• Utilize Dentrix practice management software for charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain sterile environment and up-to-date infection control practices.

Creative Smiles at Winghaven is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 3011 Winghaven Blvd. O'Fallon,Missouri63368

Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5 pm

2-doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
