Job summary

Plymouth Meeting Family Dental in East Norriton, PA, is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative patient-care team Tuesday through Friday. You will provide high-quality hygiene services and preventative care in a supported Heartland Dental environment, with access to extensive mentors and education resources.

Requirements include a PA dental hygienist license, an Associate's or Bachelor's in dental hygiene, and CPR certification.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
