Job summary

Dental Works in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team as a full-time or part-time hygienist. You’ll be the primary hygienist, shaping the patient experience and delivering high-quality care.

We offer a flexible schedule, starting at $65/hour with a $2k sign-on bonus, paid laser certification, and uncapped production bonuses. Work with a supportive team and modern technology including iTero scanning to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Ability to travel between locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity-preventative agents.
• Accurately chart review of patient dental history and update periodontal health, record treatment, and handle patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who loves building strong, one-on-one relationships with patients to join our office! You’ll be the primary hygienist, playing a key role in shaping the patient experience and making a real impact every day—while being supported by a tenured, fun, and welcoming team that truly enjoys working together.

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
