Job summary

Covington Family Dentistry in Covington, WA, seeks a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist for a part-time role on Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship in a supportive, patient-centered practice.

Compensation ranges from $65 to $75 per hour with bonus eligibility, plus a $2,500 sign-on. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, PTO, CE allowance, and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligible for licensure).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar dental practice management software preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
