Conover Dental is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in North Carolina. The role emphasizes patient care, education, and collaborative practice with our dentists.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We offer competitive hourly wages, health insurance, paid vacation, holiday pay, and a 401K plan to support a fulfilling career. Join a friendly, team-oriented environment that values quality care and ongoing development.

Competenze

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Registered Dental Hygienist License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• A friendly, team-player attitude.

Mansioni

• Review oral health history and conduct initial screening.
• Educate patients on proper oral care and the role of diet in oral health.
• Take X-rays, intra-oral photos, and dental impressions.
• Remove plaque and calculus to prevent oral disease.
• Support the dentist in all aspects of dental care.
• Apply preventive materials to teeth such as sealants and fluoride; identify gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
• Schedule Recall appointments.
• Follow up with patients after periodontal treatment.

Responsibilities

• Review oral health history and conduct initial screening
• Educate patients on proper oral care and the importance of diet on oral health
• Take X-rays, intra-oral photos, and dental impressions
• Remove plaque, and calculus to help prevent oral disease
• Support the Dentist in all aspects of dental care
• Apply preventive materials to teeth such as sealants & fluoride; identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
• Schedule Recall appointments
• Follow up with patients after Periodontal treatment
