Job summary

Sandcrest Dental Health is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Indiana. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM) with full benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Compensation ranges from $43–$47 per hour, with excellent bonus potential and modern technology to support high-quality patient care. You will educate patients on oral health, ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and work in a collaborative

• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining equipment.
• Record narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Perform Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Apply fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a key point of contact for patient and team concerns.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to educate and empower patients by discussing oral health as it relates to the mouth-body connection, making a real difference in their overall wellness:

Qualifications

• Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program
