Job summary

Dental One Associates of Columbia is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team, delivering high-quality patient care in a warm, team-based environment. You will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and education while supporting a dynamic dental team.

We offer a competitive hourly range of $56.00–$65.00, plus monthly bonus, PTO, benefits, 401(k) with match, and CE opportunities in a modern practice at 10630 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification: Local anesthesia certification preferred and CPR/First Aid
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
