Lake St Louis Dental Care in Missouri is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We offer a $7,500 welcome bonus and a supportive practice with 2 doctors.

Full-time is 30+ hours to receive full benefits (health, 401k, dental, vision, holidays). Daily pay option and quarterly bonuses are available. You’ll work with Dentrix, Velscope, and iTero in a modern, collaborative environment.

Lake St Louis Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 6492 Ronald Reagan Dr Lake St. Louis,Missouri63367

Work Schedule: Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday- 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am- 5pm, Friday 8am-3pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
