Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ohio.
• At least 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred.
• Skilled in taking dental x-rays and using CAD software.
• Familiar with Dentrix or other Dental Practice Management Software.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dental anatomy.
• Experience with imaging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and patient education
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and medical histories
• Assist the dentist with procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile environment
• Promote patient wellness through excellent care and communication
