Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist who can deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy within a supportive team. The role emphasizes education, relationship-building, and collaboration with doctors to plan and manage preventive treatments.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a competitive hourly wage and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, HSA, telemedicine, and a 401(k), with ongoing CE and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) who provides high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Enjoy educating and connecting with patients with time and support to do it right.
• New grad or experienced clinician—mentorship and a collaborative team are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough cleanings, assessments, and preventive care using modern tools.
• Educate and coach patients in a supportive, judgment-free way.
• Collaborate with doctors as a clinical partner in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Compensation

$50–$55 per hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
