Cedar Creek Dental care in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:30-5pm, with openness to a 4-day work week.

You will be a clinical provider and patient advocate, supported by a hygiene mentor program and extensive educational offerings to develop your skills and deliver exceptional lifetime care.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in OK
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• CPR Certification
• 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and EMR systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education.
• Support patient care team and contribute to lifetime patient care.

Location: 735 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30-5pm Open to a 4 day work week !

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in OK and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
