Job summary

Mountain Community Health in Bristol, VT is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our compassionate and patient-centered team. You will deliver dental hygiene care, educate patients, and collaborate with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Vermont or eligible for licensure in Vermont.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing, as well as oral health education for patients.
• Partner with our dental team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures to improve long-term oral health.
• Ensure patient comfort and build lasting, trust-based relationships, especially with underserved and vulnerable populations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support overall patient care coordination.
