Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our clinical team in Colorado. You will perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing, and apply preventive agents while documenting periodontal status and patient histories.

Collaborate with dentists to support treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition to promote long-term oral health. Active Colorado dental hygiene license and CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Dental hygienist degree or certificate is required.
