DentalWorks in Easton/Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist for a full-time role with a competitive pay of up to $60/hr plus a production incentive. The position offers full benefits, PTO, holidays and supportive mentorship to grow your clinical skills.

You’ll work with the office team to build a schedule that fits you and your patients, with opportunities to advance within the organization and across locations.

Formación

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services (prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, polishing, fluoride/sealant).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services (prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, polishing and fluoride/sealant applications)
• Assess and document periodontal health and treatment provided
• Review and update patient dental histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner with dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive care
• Administer local anesthetic where permitted by Ohio regulations
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records
