Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree from CODA-accredited school (DH or DDS) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject required.
• 4 years of related practical work experience.
• 4 years of clinical experience.
• Active dental or dental hygiene license with no disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of current educational methodologies and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner.
• Foster a safe learning environment in classrooms and labs.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy and stay updated with industry practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams.
• Provide feedback and support to help students succeed.
• Identify at‑risk students and create individualized success plans.
• Build rapport with students and clinical partners.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders and participate in instructional discussions.
