Qualificações

• Active, state-issued Dental Hygiene license with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training within a dental practice or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices, tools and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and track training programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
