Qualifications

• Arizona RHS certificate required.
• 1+ years of Dental Assistant or Hygiene Assistant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to support quality care.
• Assist hygienists during procedures per state dental practice act.
• Set up rooms for hygiene visits, stock instruments and supplies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms with strict safety protocols per OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
