Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided; certification may be state-dependent.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

• HIPAA training and data protection will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support comfort and education during treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Assist licensed hygienists during a variety of procedures.
• Set up rooms and restock instruments and supplies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
