Position Summary: As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the friendly face and warm voice that makes every individual feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your role is essential in creating an inviting, calming atmosphere that sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Responsibilities:
  1. Create a Welcoming Environment: Greet patients with a smile, offering a warm and friendly experience right from the start.
  2. Be a Problem Solver: Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and ensure all patient inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
  3. Help Keep Things Running Smoothly: Verify patient information, coordinate with dental staff, and help with the check-in/check-out process to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
  4. Keep the Office Organized: Maintain accurate patient records, process billing and payments, and manage office tasks with attention to detail.
  5. Provide Compassionate Support: Assist patients with any concerns, offering a listening ear and making them feel truly cared for.
Qualifications:
  1. A passion for making a difference and a warm, caring nature.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management or healthcare administration is a plus.
  3. Experience in customer service or a receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  4. A genuine ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable.
  5. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  6. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
  7. Familiarity with dental office procedures or medical terminology is a bonus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 35 per week

Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Friday (1-2 weekends per month, to help with marketing events)
