Job summary
Dove Family Dentistry - Whitehaven in Memphis is seeking a customer-centric Front Office Assistant to greet patients and ensure a positive first impression. You will be the initial contact, coordinating appointments and coordinating with the clinical team in a collaborative office.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/Life, generous PTO and holidays, 401(k) options, referral bonuses, and access to free CE
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on dental front office experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
