Job summary

Mile High Denture and Implant Centers - Englewood is seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday through Thursday, 8:30am–5pm with occasional half Fridays. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental front office experience is required.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
