Job summary

Wenatchee Dental is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator for a full-time role. You will coordinate new patient and hygiene scheduling, manage co-pay collections, insurances, and pre-authorizations, and support a welcoming patient experience.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this position offers competitive pay and benefits. Schedule is four days per week, Monday through Friday, with an emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year dental front office experience required, prior dental insurance coordination experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience with Eaglesoft Dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • New patient and hygiene coordination
  • Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments
  • Gain financial commitment from patients and collect co‑payments
  • Obtain necessary insurance pre‑authorizations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies
  • Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the office manager
