Qualifications

• At least 2 years dental front desk experience.
• Experience with EMR or other dental software preferred.
• Care Credit financing experience preferred.
• Proficient with dental procedure codes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with a smile.
• Provide financial counseling and verify insurance information.
• Process referrals and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Enter payments and post to patient accounts, printing receipts and appointment cards.
