Job summary

Mynt Dental is seeking an experienced Front Office team member to join our patient-first, fully digital practice. You will manage scheduling, check-ins, billing, and patient communications, with a focus on Spanish-speaking patients.

Requires 5 years front-desk experience in a dental office, Saturday availability, and ability to start at 8:20am, staying till 6:45pm (3:45pm Saturdays). We offer a supportive, growth-oriented culture, competitive compensation between $23–$26 per hour, and benefits

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient flow.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance coordination.
• Communicate with dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience working at a dental office at the front desk.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Saturday availability (Some Saturdays)
• Available to stay until 6:45 pm during the week & on Sat if working, until 3:45 pm
• Available to start at 8:20am

• Cross trained as a Dental Assistant.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
