Clove Dental seeks a Receptionist II to float between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, Monday through Friday with two Saturdays per month. The role pays $24–$27/hour with growth, mentorship, and a strong bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental front office and front desk duties.
• Ability to manage patient check-in/out and scheduling.
• Comfort with collecting payments and processing insurance information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; answer phones promptly.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance data accurately.
• Present treatment plans and help schedule treatment.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and support office collection goals.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, stocked space.
