Job summary

Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) invites applications for an Instructional Program Manager for the College’s Dental Programs. The IPM leads the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs, ensuring CODA compliance and high-quality education.

Collaborating with faculty, administrators, students, clinical partners, and community stakeholders, the IPM oversees curriculum, outcomes, and accreditation activities while guiding faculty development and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Three years related experience.
• Active dental hygiene or dental license from any state.
• Three years of work experience in college teaching and/or administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for two dental programs (Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting).
• Ensure compliance with CODA accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
• Coordinate program evaluation, assessment, accreditation activities, and continuous quality improvement.
• Facilitate faculty development, clinical education, student progression, and resource planning.
