Job summary

DOCS Dental seeks a Doctor of Dentistry (DMD/DDS) to join a modern private-practice serving civilian military communities. You will enjoy full clinical autonomy, strong compensation, and meaningful patient relationships within a collaborative team.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, advanced technology like iTero, and incentives including a $1,000 daily minimum or 34% of adjusted production, plus a $20,000 retention bonus and CE/license support.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dentist with a DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active New York Dental License or ability to obtain one.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willing to obtain Real ID for base access.
• Background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform extractions (including third molars).
• Provide root canal therapy (including molars).
• Utilize Invisalign or clear aligners as applicable.
• Deliver care with full clinical autonomy in a private-practice setting.
