Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a dental or health program.
• Broad competency across general dentistry procedures.
• Experience in community health or underserved settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of dental department operations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Monitor provider productivity, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and program growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of dental staff.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat routine and emergency dental conditions.
• Order and interpret radiographs and other diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate referrals for specialty dental care as needed.
• Mentor hygiene staff and dental assistants.
• Promote consistency in clinical practices and standards of care.
