Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC greets patients, introduces them to our office, coordinates treatment services, and builds lasting relationships to ensure a welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication, a genuine passion for customer service, sales aptitude, and attention to patient records and financial transactions. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
