Job summary

Kaizen Dental Center in Honolulu and Kaneohe is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a patient‑centered team that values collaboration and excellence. You will help prepare patients, set up equipment, and assist the dentist with four‑hand dentistry, while maintaining strict sterilization standards and delivering post‑operative instructions.

Experience with implants is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental assisting experience, required.
• High school diploma, required.
• Certification from a dental assistant program, preferred.
• Dental implant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments and ensure comfort.
• Set up instruments and materials for procedures.
• Sterilize instruments per regulations.
• Assist dentist with four-handed dentistry.
• Perform lab tasks as needed.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
