Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT, seeks an Associate Dentist to join a full-time practice with 4-5 days per week from 8AM-5PM. Earn up to 36% of collections with a daily guaranteed or percentage-based pay and a sign-on bonus up to $20K.

Qualified candidates hold a DDS/DMD, state licensure, and BLS/CPR certification, with malpractice insurance and Hepatitis B vaccination on file. Excellent CE opportunities and a strong patient flow are offered.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in dental areas with professionalism.
