Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, invites a Dentist to join our established practice that welcomes new patients monthly and offers a full range of in-office specialties. You will collaborate with a network of doctors in a culture that supports growth.

You will manage the full patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in‑office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. Comprehensive CE and mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state dental license to practice

Hepatitis B vaccination documented

Malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification
