Job summary

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our Dallas North Buckner Clinic. You’ll provide comprehensive dental care, from exams to treatment planning, with strong patient flow and clinical autonomy in a fast-paced team.

We offer high earning potential with a daily guarantee plus tiered production, sign-on opportunities, modern clinics, paid CE and a full benefits package. Texas license required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform general dentistry procedures (restorative, extractions, preventative care).
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure top-tier care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards.
