Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Current DANB Certified Dental Assistant.
• Registered Dental Assistant or Licensed EFDA in Washington State.
• At least 1 year of dental care experience (2 years chairside preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Familiar with an electronic Dental records system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting diverse student populations and commitment to equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lab and clinic support, maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Assist faculty, support students, and manage clinic logs.
• Ensure OSHA, WISHA, HIPAA, PCI compliance in labs and clinics.
• Attend team, staff, and advisory meetings and trainings.
• Stay current with safety and compliance standards.
