Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our San Jose team. You will support both patients and providers in a collaborative setting to deliver exceptional dental care.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

M-Friday

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Compensation

$28-$30/hour
