Dental Office is seeking a licensed Dental Assistant with 1+ year of experience in general dentistry to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support the clinical team by helping ensure smooth, patient-centered visits and a well-organized treatment environment. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during patient examinations, procedures, and treatment planning.
• Prepare operatory rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for each appointment.
• Take and assist with dental radiographs according to office protocols.
• Provide chairside support by anticipating clinician needs and maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Support infection control by following sterilization, disinfection, and safety procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatment by explaining what to expect and answering basic questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as directed by office procedures.
• Assist with patient scheduling coordination and day-to-day front-office/clinical support tasks as needed.
• Support treatment follow-through by helping with post-visit instructions and coordination of next steps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment throughout the day.
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members to support a positive visit experience.

Requirements

• 1 year plus experience as a Dental Assistant in general dentistry.
• Active dental assistant license in the state of Florida.
• Strong team collaboration skills and a reliable, supportive work style.

• Working knowledge of infection control and safety practices.
