Lumina Family Dental is seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This general dentistry office focuses on changing lives one smile at a time and offers a steady, patient-centered environment.

The role includes chair-side assisting, operatories preparation, taking X-rays, updating patient records, and guiding patients with pre- and post-procedure instructions. Prior dental experience (24 months) and comfort with dental software are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months dental experience.
• EDDA certification recommended, but not required.
• Proficiency with dental software.

Responsabilités

• Preparing operatory for procedures.
• Taking X-rays.
• Assisting dentist during procedures.
• Advising patients on treatment, pre-op and post-op instructions.
• Updating and maintaining dental records.
