Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for a Dental Assistant role. No experience is required as training is provided. You will assist dentists during procedures, prepare and sterilize rooms, take X-rays with training, and manage patient records.

Responsibilities also include front-desk support, post-treatment instructions, and adherence to OSHA/HIPAA safety and privacy guidelines. A background check and work authorization are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule at 9–5

Qualifications

• Reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists during procedures.
• Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and tools.
• Taking X-rays with training.
• Recording and updating patient information.
• Supporting front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling.
• Sharing post-treatment care instructions.
• Following safety and privacy guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA).
