Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Dental Assistant for a role that requires no prior experience; training will be provided.

You will assist dentists, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays (training available), update patient records, and support front-desk duties. A background check, valid driver\'s license, and U.S. work authorization are required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Background check, valid driver\'s license, and work authorization in the U.S.
• Preferred: Dental assisting certification and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists during procedures and supporting clinical teams.
• Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and tools.
• Taking X-rays (training available).
• Updating patient records and supporting front-desk tasks like check-in and scheduling.
• Sharing post-treatment care tips and adhering to safety and confidentiality guidelines.
