Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Dental Assistant with no prior experience. Training is provided to help you support dental teams during procedures, prepare rooms, take X-rays, manage patient data, and sterilize instruments.

You will also assist with front-desk tasks while ensuring patient comfort and safety under OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist during dental procedures and support the dental team.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage supplies.
• Take X-rays (training provided) and record patient information.
• Sterilize tools and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support front-desk tasks and patient flow.
