Indigo Dental Staffing in Texas is hiring Dental Assistants with no prior experience for busy dental offices across the state. You’ll receive hands-on training, work with clinical teams, and help create a welcoming patient experience while you learn.

Roles include room prep, X-ray support (training provided), patient data entry, sterilization, front-desk support, and post-treatment tips, all while following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn.
• Background check and valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prep and clean treatment rooms.
• Take X-rays (training available).
• Record and update patient information.
• Sterilize tools and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support front-desk check-in and scheduling.
• Share post-treatment care tips with patients.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
